Bet Size is Important

You must always avoid making incorrectly sized bets at the wrong time. Poker requires precision. By making the correct bets, you can increase your advantage over your opponents. So it’s really important not to be so random with your bets.

One thing to keep in mind is to bet as small as possible in order to get the job done. That doesn’t mean that you must be a fish and minimum bet every hand. What it means is to save money while trying to accomplish your goal. If your opponent has a strong hand then you won’t lose much.
